The coil cutting machine is used to cut steel, copper metal coil into smaller pieces. It's widely used for transformer production, swithgear production.
Application of coil cutting machine:
The coil slitting machine is special equipment to slit steel sheet into steel strips.
Features of coil cutting machine:
Advanced slitting process. High efficiency hydraulic driving for expandable mandrels on decoiler and rewinder, tentioner,
clamping, coil loading and unloading. Adjustable tensioner enables very precise rewinding.
Up-to-date PLC is adopted for the production line to increase its stability and reliability.Logic control of the whole line has
been accomplished.
Variable shearing speed.Decoiler, slitter and rewinder are in synchronized speed through speed ajustable motor driving system.
Loop pits baffles are designed to increase the convenience of operation. All the function and parameters have reached world advanced level.
