Manual assembly line for compact busbar trunking system / Busbar fabrication machine for assembly of busway system
The manual assembly line includes two types, platform type and elevator type.

1. Platform type: automatic clamping from the side, manual riveting
2. Elevator type: automatic clamping from the top to down, manual riveting
   Materials of the production line have aluminum or iron. Usually we would recommend and our customers would choose aluminum material.
   The riveting system is optional. One piece of riveter for two piece busbar type, two pieces of riveter for four piece busbar type.

Need Kiande's busbar gas-hydraulic copper bar punching machine(This is one-time punching forming. In the market, some busbar manufacturer buys three-in-one busbar machine to bend and punch copper or aluminum bar. As the bar experiences many procedures, the accuracy is not good which will cause the phase distance too small to cause the short circuit.)
