Busbar numerical mylar film forming machine The busbar digital mylar film machine is composed of 5 units including material feed-in, deforming, heating, shaping and cutting. The dimension is 11000mm*800mm*1500mm. Working principle: 1. The roll of film is installed on the horizontal rail; 2. The film is transferred through the fixtures which sets the width, and the transferringspeed ranges 0-8m/min which is forced by CNC deceleration drive inverter motor. 3. The machine adopts the heater for heating procedure. The power is 6KW and the outgoing position temperature is ≤350°. It will be alarmed when the temperature is exceeded. 4.
