The high and low voltage switchgear assembly line adopts power roller combined with RGV for transferring.The line has areas of electric component assembly, sencond wiring testing, product testing and repair for NG testing with features of flexibility, automation, easy operation and low maintainess cost.

Standard roller's width ranges 200, 300, 400, 500, 1200mm etc
Roller's diameter ranges 38, 50, 60, 76, 89mm etc
Rotation type: plane friction belt
Mode of speed regulation: frequency conversion for speed regulation
The max. length of power roller line usually doesn't exceed 10 meters, considering the tensile strength of the chain.
