Main working procedures:
1. pre-assembly: bending the copper or aluminum bus bar and then installing into the profile;
2. online assembly: automatic clamping, riveting and moving;
Specification:
1. suitable for straight compact busbar 630A~2500A, single layer, length 1.5~6m
2. automatic riveting: two pieces or four pieces riveters depending on customer's busbar type (two piece or four piece), riveting space adjustable between 150-220mm, anti-repeat riveting function;
3. automatic end alignment, clamping and moving controlled by PLC
