Product Description

Busbar semi-automatic reversal assembly line / Busbar Production Line for busway system / Compact busduct manufacturing line

Semi-automatic assembly line is composed of three parts, pre-assembly station, automatic reversal station and accessory assembly station.
Pre-assembly station: Operators will pre-assemble and fix busbar main parts by the fixtures and transfer the busbar to the automatic reversal station manually.
Automatic reversal station: When busbar arrives in the reversal station, operator shall fix the busbar by clamp and start riveting on one side. After one side is done, rotators will be reversed 180 degrees for other side's riveting.
Accessory assembly station: After busbar is riveted, operator will assemble the busbar accessories at this station.

1. Suitable for straight compact busbar 630A~2500A, single layer, length 1.5~6m
2. Automatic end alignment, clamping and moving controlled by PLC
3. Manual riveting: two pieces or four pieces riveters depending on customer's busbar type (two piece requires one piece riveter or four piece requires two pieces riveters);

Advantages:
1. The semi-automatic busbar production line can realize automatic clamping from left to right and down to up which is convenient for drilling and riveting.
2. The production line is flexibly compatible,suitable for busbar with width 74.5mm-350mm.
3. The electrical control system can clamp at the same time or separately.
4. The semi-automatic busbar assembly line is a cost-effictive production line and more stable which can decrease the NG rate and labour cost and increase the working efficiency.
5. The clamping is powered by air compressor 5-8MPA, which only comsumes the air when operation and is more environment-friendly comparing with the electrical comsumption of oil pressure.
